Dignova Operations Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 29, 2026.

About this policy

Dignova LLC (“Dignova”) operates Dignova Operations at ops.dignova.net for authorized business users. This policy describes information handled for customer management, quoting, invoicing, payment reconciliation, inventory, production and related business records. It also explains the optional connections to QuickBooks Online, Shopify and Google services.

The public Dignova store has a separate store privacy policy. This Operations policy concerns the Operations application and its connected business workflows.

Information handled by Operations

  • Authorized-user information: approved account identifiers, names, email addresses, access roles, sign-in/session information and activity or audit records.
  • Business contacts and transactions: customer and organization names, contact details, billing and shipping addresses, quotes, purchase-order references, orders, invoice details, prices, tax and shipping amounts, notes and business files or artwork supplied to Dignova.
  • Accounting connection information: the connected QuickBooks company identifier, linked customer and item identifiers, estimates, invoices, payment allocations, payment references, dates and outstanding balances. Connection credentials and authorization tokens are also handled to operate the integration.
  • Inventory and operations information: product and manufacturing SKUs, website item and pack mappings, stock, purchasing or cost information, production records and applicable printer or equipment status.
  • Service information: technical records needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the application, such as request, error and access logs. Infrastructure providers may process network and device information as part of providing their services.

Information may be entered by authorized Dignova users, supplied by a customer in the course of business, or obtained from a connected service with the relevant account administrator's authorization.

How information is used

We use this information to manage Dignova's business relationships, prepare and fulfill orders, maintain business and accounting records, reconcile payments and stock, operate approved integrations, provide support, and protect and troubleshoot the application. The Operations integration is intended for these business purposes, rather than advertising profiling.

QuickBooks Online and payments

An authorized administrator chooses the QuickBooks company to connect. Operations can create and link customers, export quotes as estimates, create invoices, reconcile items and inventory, and retrieve invoice and payment information. Invoice emailing through this integration requires a separate reviewed Send action. Configured background reconciliation may update inventory and refresh payment information without the Operations screen being open.

Intuit provides QuickBooks Online and any enabled QuickBooks Payments services under its own terms and privacy notices. Customers enter payment credentials through the payment provider's flow. The Operations payment integration uses payment records and balances; it is not a card-entry or bank-login form. Do not enter full card numbers, bank credentials or other payment secrets into Operations notes or files.

Service providers and connected services

Information is processed by providers needed to deliver the selected business workflow. These include Intuit for QuickBooks and payment services; Shopify for connected website orders, products and inventory; Google for approved-account sign-in and, when enabled, Drive imports and customer-file storage; and Cloudflare and the managed Sites hosting platform for application hosting, storage and related infrastructure. Only information needed for the relevant enabled workflow should be shared with a connected service.

Access within Dignova is limited according to approved accounts and assigned application roles. We may also disclose information when required to meet applicable legal obligations, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or security, or as part of a lawful business transfer. Connected providers' own privacy notices also apply to their independent services.

Security and essential cookies

Operations uses encrypted network connections, approved-account access controls, role restrictions and encrypted stored integration tokens. Essential session and authorization cookies support sign-in, security and connection setup. These measures reduce risk but do not guarantee that any system or transmission is completely secure.

Disconnecting and retaining records

An authorized administrator can disconnect QuickBooks from the connection screen. Operations requests revocation from Intuit and removes its stored connection tokens after successful confirmation. Disconnecting does not delete invoices or other records already created in QuickBooks, Shopify, Drive or Operations.

Business records, audit information and necessary service records are retained for operational, accounting, security and applicable legal purposes. Retention depends on the type of record and relevant obligations. Deletion or correction requests are assessed against those needs; removing an integration is not a promise to erase historical accounting records.

Your requests and appropriate use

Contact Dignova to ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you, or to raise a privacy concern. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law, and we may need to verify identity and authority before acting. Information processed by an independently operated connected service may also require a request to that provider.

Operations is intended for business administration and manufacturing workflows, not patient care or clinical recordkeeping. Do not enter patient records, clinical images, diagnoses or other protected health information into customer notes, artwork or uploaded files.

Location, updates and contact

Connected cloud services may process information in locations outside your own country. We will update this policy when relevant practices change and identify the effective date of the published version.
