Dignova Operations Terms of Use and EULA
Effective date: October 29, 2026.
Scope and authorization
These Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement concern the Operations application operated by Dignova LLC (“Dignova”) at ops.dignova.net. They apply to authorized users of the application, rather than replacing product purchase terms, purchase orders or separate agreements with Dignova or connected providers.
Access is available only to users approved by Dignova for business operations. Authorization to use an application account does not grant authority to bind Dignova to purchases, contracts, accounting decisions or other commitments outside that person's assigned responsibilities.
Limited permission to use the application
While authorized, a user may access Operations for Dignova's legitimate customer, sales, accounting, inventory, manufacturing and related administrative workflows. This permission is limited, nonexclusive and revocable. Application software and branding remain the property of Dignova or their respective owners and licensors; no ownership is transferred by access.
Do not share access credentials, bypass access controls, access another person's account without authority, introduce malicious content, interfere with the service, or use the application unlawfully. Dignova may restrict or suspend access when authorization ends, for security reasons or to protect business records.
Business records and user review
Users are responsible for entering accurate, authorized information and reviewing the business effect of their actions. Before creating or sending an invoice or changing inventory, review the customer, prices, tax treatment, payment terms, quantities, pack sizes, item mappings and accounting accounts. Follow Dignova's operating and approval procedures.
Saved quotes and invoice drafts are preparation records until the relevant issue/export action is completed. QuickBooks invoice creation and customer emailing are separate actions in the integration. A quote exported as an estimate is not itself a payment request. Do not interpret a saved draft, pending export, old payment snapshot or unconfirmed network response as proof that a transaction completed.
Payment and stock displays depend on the connected services and the last successful reconciliation. Credits and other adjustments are not necessarily payments received. Review exceptions and source records when information differs. Do not repeat a financial action merely because a response was delayed; use reconciliation controls and check the provider's record.
Connected accounts and services
Only an administrator with authority for the relevant business account may connect QuickBooks, Shopify, Google or another supported service. The administrator is responsible for choosing the correct company/account and maintaining the required provider access and subscriptions.
Enabled integrations may transmit business information, create records and perform configured background synchronization. Intuit controls QuickBooks Online and any QuickBooks Payments processing and fees. Shopify, Google, hosting providers and other connected services operate under their own terms and availability. Those providers do not endorse Dignova merely because their services are connected.
Disconnecting a service stops the applicable authorized access after revocation succeeds; it does not undo completed transactions or automatically delete records already stored in another system. Refunds, reversals, voids and accounting corrections require the appropriate reviewed workflow.
Data, confidentiality and privacy
Use customer information and business files only for authorized purposes and protect confidential records. You must have authority to provide any contacts, artwork, files or other information entered into the application. The Dignova Operations Privacy Policy describes the application's information practices.
Do not submit patient/clinical records, protected health information, full payment-card data, banking credentials, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information in notes or uploads. Operations is a business administration and manufacturing tool, not a clinical record system or a source of medical, legal or tax advice.
Manufacturing and equipment workflows
Where Operations supports production planning or equipment actions, authorized operators must verify materials, files, machine setup and the physical operating environment, and follow applicable equipment instructions and safety procedures. An application status or estimate does not replace operator inspection or the confirmation of actual production, shipment or inventory.
Availability, changes and responsibility
Operations and its integrations may be interrupted, changed or temporarily unavailable. Features may depend on provider eligibility, permissions, API behavior or successful synchronization. The application is provided as available; users should preserve required business records and review material decisions against source information. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
Dignova may update these terms and will identify the effective date of the published version. Questions about authorization, access, support or these terms can be sent to jsweitzer@dignova.net.
